Terms of Service — zapmade

1. What this is
zapmade is a studio of small paid things made from your answers and delivered as a single link. No account and no app installation is needed for any of the products.
There are four products, and the terms below apply to all of them:
- Gifts (gift). A personal greeting-gift delivered as a link; the result is visible immediately, before payment.
- Challenges (fit). A challenge to a friend delivered as a link; the result is visible immediately, before payment.
- Games (games). A mini-game built for the recipient; the build starts AFTER payment and takes minutes.
- Dashboard (leadgen). A game mechanic for collecting contacts on your website; the dashboard opens immediately.
2. How the content is created
The text and content are generated by a third-party AI model — an external AI provider whose services we use. The details you enter (the recipient's name, traits, occasion, joke, facts) are sent to the provider for generation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability or uniqueness of what is generated; where the result is ready before payment, you see it before you pay.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for content that: insults, demeans or threatens; concerns real, named people in a way that harms them; violates the law or the rights of third parties. We ask the model to avoid anything cruel or hurtful, but the final responsibility for what you send is yours.
For the leadgen dashboard one thing is added: you collect your participants' contacts, and you are responsible for the lawfulness of collecting them and for what you promised the participant in return.
4. Age
The service is not intended for persons under 16; where local law allows a lower age of digital consent, that age applies. By creating a result you confirm that you have reached this age.
5. Payment
Paid features are sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record — it is the party to your purchase and it also issues taxes and receipts. Prices are shown on the purchase page. Refund terms are on a separate page: Refund.
6. Where the result lives and for how long
- Gifts and challenges. The content lives inside the link itself, not in our database. Whoever holds the link sees the result; do not share it with anyone it is not meant for. Such a link has no retention period — we have nothing to store.
- Games. The built game is stored by us, and a paid game is kept for 30 days from the moment it is ready; after that it is deleted, and the same promise is shown on the storefront and on the result screen. An unpaid draft lives for 24 hours.
- Leadgen dashboard. Campaigns, participations and the contacts you collect are stored for as long as your dashboard account exists.
7. No warranties
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted generation — it depends on a third-party AI provider — and we are not liable for indirect losses to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes
We may change these terms; the current version is on this page, with a date.
9. Governing law
The governing law and the place where disputes are resolved will be confirmed together with the provider's details. We first try to settle a dispute by correspondence: hello@zapmade.app.
