1. What we collect

• The details you enter (the recipient's name, traits, occasion, joke, facts) — to generate the result: a greeting, a challenge or a game.
• E-mail — only if you leave it yourself to be notified about the launch of the paid version.
• Anonymised analytics — usage events (opened, created, error) without a name or content, to improve the service.

2. Where the data goes

The details you enter are passed to a third-party AI model — an external AI provider whose services we use — to its servers and under its privacy policy. Do not enter sensitive personal data.

3. Where the finished result lives

• Gifts and challenges. The content is stored inside the link itself, not in our database. We have no database of created greetings and challenges. Whoever holds the link sees the content.
• Games. The built game is stored by us together with the answers it was built from. A paid game is kept for 30 days from the moment it is ready, an unpaid draft for 24 hours; after that the record is deleted in full.
• Leadgen dashboard. Participants' contacts are collected by you, in your campaign; we store them for as long as your dashboard account exists and do not use them for ourselves.

4. What we do NOT do

We do not sell your data. We do not show advertising based on it. We do not build a profile of the recipient.

5. Retention

• The details you enter are not kept on our side after generation (apart from passing through the AI model and living inside the link), and for the games product they live together with the order and are deleted with it.
• Teaser e-mail — until the paid version launches or until you ask for deletion.
• Analytics events — anonymised, without name, address or content; the retention period will be confirmed together with the controller's details.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record) under its own privacy policy; payment details do not reach us.

7. Your rights

Write to hello@zapmade.app: to find out what we hold about you and to ask for deletion (e.g. the teaser e-mail).

8. Children

The service is not for persons under 16; where local law allows a lower age of digital consent, that age applies. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

9. Changes

The current version is on this page, with a date.
